Privacy

This site has two forms — Contact and Start a project. This page states exactly what they do with what you type into them.

What is collected

Name and email always. Phone is optional on both forms. The Contact form also takes a free-text message; Start takes answers to a short project questionnaire and, if you choose to book a call, the time slot and your time zone.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, to scope what you're asking to have built, and — only if you book a call — to hold that slot and avoid double-booking it. Nothing here is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.

Where it's stored

In a private database, reachable only through a password-protected admin panel that only VEGAPEL can sign in to. The site and database run on standard hosting and database infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase) — those providers process the data on VEGAPEL's behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long it's kept

For as long as it's a live or recent enquiry, and after that as an ordinary business record. A held-but-unconfirmed booking that goes unanswered expires and frees its slot automatically — it isn't held indefinitely.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
